Rossetti’s Party Package Information

 

Accommodations

 

Rossetti’s offer three rooms for private celebrations. The Piano room seats 80 guests. The Boardroom seats up to 16 guests. Weather permitting, our patio will seat up to 54 guests. Our private rooms are available for both day and evening events. Private parties are scheduled for three hours during the week.  Events scheduled on the weekend are scheduled for four hours. An additional fee of $200 per hour will be charged for extending the events past the allotted time.

 

Final Guest Count

 

The final guaranteed number of guests must be confirmed three days before the event or we will consider the estimated number of guests as the guaranteed number. Final menu selections should be made 7 days prior to your event. Client agrees to pay for additional guests based on price set upon at time of agreement.

 

Event Pricing

 

There is a minimum food and beverage expenditure for each of our rooms; Piano Room $750; Boardroom $250. There is also a room charge of $300 on weekends or holidays and $150 during the week for the Piano Room. There is a $50 charge for cutting and plating your specialty cakes brought into the restaurant. A cash bar or hosted bar is available and there is a $50 per hour charge for the bartender.

 

Accessories Provided

 

We provide linens, white tablecloths and napkins and votive candles for each table. We also provide draped skirts for the head table, gift table, buffet table and cake table. We can recommend a florist for your floral arrangements, table decorations, or flowers for the wedding party.

 

Deliveries

 

Floral arrangements, musical instruments and wedding/specialty cakes may be delivered two hours prior to the event and must be removed at the close of the event. Rossetti’s will not be responsible for lost or stolen items brought in by client, client guests, or vendors hired by client.

 

Alcoholic Beverages

 

Rossetti’s carries a mixed beverage license. By law no alcoholic beverages may be brought onto the property or taken from the premises. In the interest of protecting our patrons and the general public, Rossetti’s and it’s employees have the right to refuse service of alcoholic beverages to any patron or guest who by his or her behavior or appearance is believed to be incapable of tolerating further alcohol consumption.

 

Weddings and Receptions

 

We have three locations available for the wedding ceremony, the Piano room, the outside patio, or on the lawn area by the waterfront. There is an additional $150 set up and clean up fee for weddings. The wedding must be followed by a reception at Rossetti’s. Rehearsals should be scheduled the preceding day at no additional charge. Tents, folding chairs, etc, are available for rental for outdoor events.

 

Music/Entertainment

 

All entertainment must be approved prior to the event. The restaurant reserves the right to end inappropriate or overly noisy entertainment. Our grand piano is available for use in the Piano room at no additional cost. We can provide you with a list of entertainers that have performed at the restaurant.

 

Payment

 

A security deposit equal to one third of the estimated cost of the event is required to secure your date and will be applied to your final bill. The second payment is due 7 days prior to the event and the balance will be due at the close of the event. All deposits are non-refundable and transferable if event is canceled.

 

Special Arrangements

 

Your party may require special arrangements not covered by these conditions. While the general conditions in this document are part of your contract, the final terms of your contract will determine the exact services and charges for your event.
